Trupeer Platform Administration#

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the organization feature on the Trupeer platform, specifically designed for administrators. It will walk you through how to manage organization members, adjust seating, view analytics, and utilize other administrative capabilities efficiently.

Step 1#

To begin, administrators should navigate to the Trupeer platform and select the "Organization" option. Here, they will have access to view the list of members within their organization.

Step 2#

Within this section, administrators will find a list of invited organization members who have joined the team. They can revoke invitations or remove members as needed. Additionally, it is possible to add seats directly from this page. For insights on organizational performance, administrators can click on the "Analytics" button to access detailed analytics.

Step 3#

In the analytics section, administrators can view total AI minutes consumed, videos created, guides developed, shared pages generated, and usage trends. A detailed member-wide distribution of AI minutes and video production is also available. Furthermore, administrators have the option to select a custom date range to view the data from a specific period.
