Document Editing with Trupeer#

This document provides a comprehensive walkthrough of editing capabilities within the Trupeer application. Follow these detailed steps to effectively modify documents, insert and edit images, and apply various formatting options.

Step 1#

To begin editing a document created with Trupeer, navigate to the Document page and click on the 'Edit' button. This action will allow you to modify the entire document.

Step 2#

Trupeer offers a variety of standard document editing features. You can change the block type, such as converting text into a larger heading by selecting 'Heading 1', which adjusts the size accordingly.

Step 3#

You can insert an image at any location in the document. Additionally, you can format text using bold, italics, underline, insert hyperlinks, apply inline code formats, and include thematic breaks. The platform also supports find-and-replace functionality, as well as undo and redo actions.

Step 4#

If an image does not complement the current document context, you can replace it. Simply select the image and delete it if necessary.

Step 5#

To add a new image, click on 'Add Image'.

Step 6#

Select an image from the available options within the recording, or upload an image externally.

Step 7#

To add an image to the document, select it from the timeline, click 'Add Screenshot', and it will appear within the step in a few seconds.

Step 8#

To edit a specific image, click on 'Edit Image'. This feature allows you to modify the screenshot as needed.

You can insert arrows in any desired location on the image.

Add blocks or circles to emphasize particular areas in the image.

Blur sensitive information for confidentiality.

If content is sensitive, use the blur feature to obscure it, and you can also insert text in the image.

For example, you can add text such as "sample text," and customize the font, color, and size according to preference.
