Utilizing Trupeer's Brand Kit Features#

This document outlines the process of using the brand kit features available on the Trupeer platform. By following these steps, you will learn how to create and customize video templates, voices, avatars, backgrounds, music, glossaries, and documentation within the platform.

Step 1#

Welcome! This video demonstrates how to utilize the brand kit features on the Trupeer platform. Once you are on the homepage, locate the brand kit option from the left side menu and click on it.

Step 2#

Clicking on it will redirect you to the brand kit. Here, you will find several options to explore. We will begin by navigating to the video templates page.

Step 3#

By clicking on the "Create a Template" option, you can generate a new template. This allows you to make various modifications, such as selecting a specific template you have created.

Step 4#

In this section, you have several options like adding a voice or music. In the visual sections, you can add introductory and closing slides, and you can also include an avatar. Further customization options are available to suit your requirements.

Step 5#

Next, we explore the voices feature. By clicking on "Voices," you can create your own custom voice.

Select the "Create a Custom Voice" option to proceed.

Step 7#

A library popup will appear, allowing you to enter a name for your voice. You can either add a pre-recorded video or record directly. Once completed, click on the "Add Voice" option to store it in the custom voices library.

Step 8#

To connect external voices in the format of API keys, click on the "Connect Your API Key."

Step 9#

You must provide your obtained API key.

Step 10#

Click "Connect" to automatically integrate the API key with the voices. Then, proceed to the avatars section to create your custom avatar.

Step 11#

Click on the "Custom Avatar" section to upload your image.

Step 12#

This will create a custom avatar according to your preferences. You can also connect external avatars via API key. If you have previously generated a custom avatar through an agent or another platform, simply copy and paste the API key and click "Connect Key."

Step 13#

The custom avatar will be automatically generated and stored in your library. To upload a background, click on the "Backgrounds" option.

Step 14#

You can upload custom backgrounds as needed. To add music, click on the "Music" option.

Step 15#

Here, you can add new music from your library.

Step 16#

You can name your music file and drag and drop MP3 or other supported file formats. Next, let's examine the glossary option.

Step 17#

By clicking on the "Glossary," you can enter specific words or sentences for AI content generation. The system will ensure correct pronunciation of these terms. If you wish to add a pronunciation, click on the "Pronunciation" tab.

Step 18#

Add a new pronunciation based on your needs by selecting "Add Pronunciation."

Step 19#

Enter a word like "Google" or "Trupeer," or record your word using an audio format. You can also input text in IPA format or upload an audio file from your library for custom pronunciation.

To add documentation, click on "Documentation" to create custom documentation for your needs.

Step 21#

Selecting "Create Documentation" generates the documentation. You can then make changes to existing documentation by selecting it.

Step 22#

You can update the name of your documentation, change the font style, and adjust it according to your preferences.

You also have the option to change the color theme, add font colors, upload a logo if necessary, and adjust the logo position as required.
