Utilizing Trupeer's AI Search in Knowledge Base#

This document outlines the step-by-step process of using the AI search feature within the Trupeer Knowledge Base. By following these instructions, users can efficiently navigate and utilize the search capabilities offered by Trupeer to find relevant content and answers to their queries.

Step 1#

Begin by accessing the Trupeer homepage. From the left side menu, select the Knowledge Base option to proceed.

Step 2#

You will be redirected to the Knowledge Base. Here, you will see an option to switch to the title view. Click on it to change the view accordingly.

Step 3#

In the Knowledge Base, you can view all the content you have created. To search for a specific keyword, select the relevant content page.

Step 4#

Once on the selected content page, locate the search knowledge base option. Enter the keyword based on your requirements, and the system will suggest search results accordingly.

Step 5#

You will notice a navigational arrow over the particular content. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the content. Additionally, there is another option available.

Step 6#

To search using AI, look for the "Ask AI" option on the right side. Click on it to activate the AI feature.

Step 7#

Enter the keyword or specific name you wish to search for. Then press enter. The AI will process your request and present results based on your keywords. This is how you can effectively use the AI search option within Trupeer brand kits.
