Creating and Managing Video Templates in Trupeer#

This document provides a detailed procedure to set and customize video templates on the Trupeer platform. Follow these instructions to create, modify, and apply video templates effectively.

Step 1#

On the Trupeer homepage, locate the left-side menu and click on the "Brand Kit" option.

Step 2#

In the Brand Kit section, you'll find the video templates option. Click on "Create a Template" to successfully add a new template.

Step 3#

Select the desired template to view several customization options.

Step 4#

To utilize the Voice option, click on it to be redirected to the Trupeer Voice Library.

Step 5#

Select a specific voice from the library that suits your requirements.

Step 6#

The voice will be automatically selected. To remove a voice, click on the three dots and choose the "Remove" option.

Step 7#

To add music, simply click on the "Music" option.

Step 8#

You will be redirected to the music library. Select the music that meets your needs.

Step 9#

Under the Visual section, you have options to add Background, Intro, and Outro slides. Click on "Add Background" to go to the media page.

Here, you have the option to change the video.

Click on "Change Media" to select a template based on your preferences.

After selection, adjust the shadows, rounding corners, and padding according to your requirements.

Once adjustments are complete, click on "Save Changes."

Your changes will be automatically applied. Repeat the process for the Intro and Outro slides.

To add an AI avatar, click on the "Add AI Avatar" tab.

Select an avatar from the library.

Once the avatar is selected, it will appear on the screen. Adjust the avatar's position as needed.

Next, adjust the size of the avatar to fit your needs.

Change the avatar's background color to match your preferences.

Once satisfied, click on "Save Changes."

The avatar will be applied automatically. To apply zoom options, toggle "Yes" or "No" as per your choice.

Add captions and set the aspect ratio as required. You may also add any custom instructions for your video.

After completing the setup, return to the Templates option. Your changes will be automatically saved.

View your newly created template by clicking on the three dots to rename it if necessary.

To rename, click on the "Rename" option.
